Last day to order: November 15th) then I will do my best, but can't guarantee because I also have to order books. I will be ordering books based on orders on Nov 1st, and then I'll order again for other sales that come in later on Nov. 16th. So if you are in the US and you want it by Christmas, you need to get your order in by Oct. 31st.
International readers, I can't make any promises either way but I will do my best from my end, but I can't control the speed of international carriers in the mail system.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International order shipping needs to be calculated individually.
