This was a special edition release last year. I over-ordered in order to make sure everybody got their copy and I didn't get any "bad copies". I have 4 copies of this book leftover from last year (really 5, but I'm keeping one.) These were ONE VERY limited special edition print run only. There is a markup because I can't in good conscience charge the same amount people paid when they special ordered last year. These are IN stock (because it's overflow stock I'm getting rid of) and will ship out to you immediately. This special edition will never be printed again.
NOTE: In the images below, the couple image is the actual PRINTED on image of the hardcover, the Gold Foiled version is the dust jacket on top of the book. So this is ONE book, not two options. The edges are sprayed red. And the other image is the end papers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International order shipping needs to be calculated individually. With estimated flat rates, there is a big risk, especially with larger orders that the shipping charged will be too low and then it cuts deep into my earnings. Or on the flip side it's possible the reader could be overcharged. And we don't want either outcome.
If you are outside the US, I'm happy to sell to you and ship to you, but let's get a truly accurate shipping price... If you are International and would like to order, please contact me using the "contact for help" button on the first page of this store website and let me know what you would like to order and your local currency.
I will figure out the ACTUAL shipping cost for your order, and let you know (Both the US dollar price and your currency conversion.) and then if you wish to proceed, I will invoice you directly for your order. This way I'm not having to eat costs for shipping and you aren't being overcharged either.
VERY VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want your book personalized you MUST fill out the Signed Book Personalization Form. If you do not fill out the form you will ONLY get signed books with no personalization because I have no way of knowing if this book is a gift for someone else or a giveaway a blogger or author wants to do or if it's for you personally.
